The goal was to reimagine the main floor to support everyday life with smarter flow and purpose-driven spaces.
The Approach
We started by listening closely to the homeowner’s needs: openness, ease, and comfort. Our team designed a layout that shifted the laundry out of the bathroom, carved out a mudroom for daily comings and goings, and created a half bath that added both convenience and privacy.
